Continuo forwards trackpad gestures as native events on the remote Mac, not just pointer position. Pinch-to-zoom, rotate, and swipe behave the way they would on a local trackpad when the link is healthy. Gesture forwarding requires Pro; see Free vs Pro.
What crosses
Supported gestures include magnify (pinch), rotate, and swipe patterns macOS reports through the event tap. They travel on the must-deliver input channel, the one keys and clicks use, so a gesture is not left half-finished on the other Mac.
Tune remote feel
Under Settings → Control & Edges → Pointer, set Pointer device to Trackpad to force the steeper trackpad acceleration curve on the remote side even if you are using a mouse locally. Auto follows the trackpad; pick Mouse if you mostly use a mouse. Trackpad sensitivity runs from 30% to 150% (default 100%).
If the remote cursor feels too fast after a flick, lower trackpad sensitivity or switch Pointer device to Mouse when using an external mouse.
