Continuo is built to need almost none of your data. This policy explains the little that is involved. It is operated by Hieu Vu, trading as Continuo, based in Vietnam.

1. The app collects nothing
The Continuo application has no telemetry, no analytics, no accounts, and no cloud service. It does not create a user profile. It transmits your keystrokes, mouse input, clipboard, and files only between your own Macs on your local network, encrypted end to end. This data never reaches us and never leaves your local network. Because Continuo is source-available, this can be independently verified.
- We do not collect or receive your keystrokes, mouse activity, clipboard, files, or screen content. Not ever.
- Diagnostic logs stay on your Mac, are redacted (no keystroke content/keycodes), and are never transmitted to us unless you choose to send a log while contacting support.
2. Purchases
When you buy Continuo Pro, payment is processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, not by us. Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to process payment and remit taxes under Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy. We receive from Lemon Squeezy only what we need to issue and support your licence, which is typically your email address, licence key, and country. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
3. Cross-border transfers
Purchase and support data may be processed outside Vietnam. In particular, Lemon Squeezy may process purchase-related data in the United States. If you email us, your message is handled through our email provider, which may also process data outside Vietnam. We use these services only to sell and support the app, not for advertising or profiling.
4. Support & email
If you email hvu@usecontinuo.app, we receive the contents of your message and your email address, and use them only to help you.
5. Website
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. It is privacy-first: no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no cross-site profiling, and no individual user profiles. Cloudflare processes this data as our processor; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We also receive aggregate request statistics from Cloudflare as our CDN and hosting provider (requests, bandwidth, and visitor counts by country). We cannot identify individual visitors from this data.
6. Legal bases & your rights
We process the limited purchase and support data above to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Contact hvu@usecontinuo.app to exercise these rights. Most payment data is held by Lemon Squeezy; we will help you reach the right party where we can.
7. Data retention
We keep licence and purchase-related records for as long as needed to support your licence and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
8. Children
Continuo is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has contacted us, email hvu@usecontinuo.app and we will delete the information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version, posted at usecontinuo.app.
